Mililani Shopping Center is a long‑standing community center located in the heart of Mililani, celebrating over 35 years of serving local residents. It is home to nearly 50 merchants, including a full‑service Foodland supermarket, 24 Hour Fitness gym, national retailers like Ross Dress For Less, and a wide mix of restaurants, medical offices, financial services, beauty salons, and specialty shops.

 

Mililani Shopping Center spans two main properties at 95‑221 Kipapa Drive and 95‑390 Kuahelani Avenue, Mililani, HI 96789. Situated along Kamehameha Highway, Kipapa Drive, and Kuahelani Avenue, the center offers easy access for nearby neighborhoods and plenty of free surface parking on both sides of the property.

 

Key anchors include Foodland for groceries, Ross Dress For Less for value apparel and home goods, 24 Hour Fitness for full‑service gym access, and Starbucks for coffee and grab‑and‑go drinks. The center also features AutoZone, Goodyear Tire, and multiple banks and credit unions, giving guests access to automotive, financial, and daily‑needs services in one stop.

 

Mililani Shopping Center hosts several financial institutions, including American Savings Bank, First Hawaiian Bank, and HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union. In addition, Nakoa Kai Insurance Professionals and other professional service offices in the center provide insurance and financial‑related assistance to local residents.

 

The center includes a range of medical and wellness providers such as Mililani Gastro (gastroenterology), Allan Y. Segawa, D.D.S. and Scott Y. Segawa, D.D.S., Mililani Dental, Gentle Dental, Hook Orthodontics, and Kamisugi and Kawamoto Orthodontics for dental and orthodontic care. Guests can also visit Turning Point Chiropractic, Healthy Hands Hawaii, and Ke Ola Pet Hospital for chiropractic therapy, therapy services, medical care, and veterinary needs, making the center a multi‑specialty health hub.

 

For hair and beauty, tenants include Fantastic Sams, LUXE Salon, Mililani Barber Shop, and Nail Tek, offering haircuts, styling, and nail services for the whole family. Wellness‑focused services such as Refresh Day Spa and Taesthetics provide skincare, spa treatments, and aesthetic services, while 24 Hour Fitness offers a full gym with classes and equipment for members.

Specialty tenants include Dragon’s Lair Comics & Games for comic books, games, and collectibles, and Tasty Jerky Hawaii for locally made jerky chips and snacks. Guests can ship packages at Aloha Ship & Pack, attend music lessons at Roy Sakuma Ukulele Studios, take driving instruction with Keku’s Driving Academy, and join worship services at Hope Chapel Mililani, all located within the center.

 

Mililani Shopping Center’s Military Appreciation Program offers special discounts to active‑duty service members, retired military, reservists, veterans, and qualified family members with valid U.S. military ID at participating merchants.

 

The Birthday Club 2026 at Mililani Shopping Center is a free program that highlights monthly raffle winners and celebrates guests’ birthdays as part of the center’s community promotions. Shoppers can visit the Birthday Club page via the Mililani Shopping Center website to learn how to register; once enrolled, participants are eligible for the center’s monthly Birthday Club raffle and receive updates on special offers and events tied to the program.

 

Mililani Shopping Center hosts the Mahiku Farmers Market every Friday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the East Courtyard, featuring locally grown produce, ono grinds, and unique products from local vendors. Annual promotions include an Easter Promotion with a live Easter animal petting zoo, Easter Bunny meet‑and‑greet, crafts, and prize giveaways, and a Halloween Promotion with a keiki costume contest, free crafts, trick‑or‑treating at participating merchants, and prize drawings for children 12 and under. The center also participates in the Annual Mililani Holiday Parade, which travels past Mililani Shopping Center on Kipapa Drive, followed by a Christmas Promotion featuring festive activities, visits with Santa, Christmas crafts, prizes, and special holiday deals from merchants.

 

Yes. Mililani Shopping Center provides on‑site electric vehicle charging (located by Foodland) for guests with two non‑networked chargers available and free to use, giving EV drivers a convenient place to top up while shopping or dining.
